Terms & Conditions
PRICE: We price our suits in US dollars. You may incur a credit card fee from your credit card company will charge foreign transaction fees.
SHIPPING: For product shipped outside of the US, The customer will be responsible for paying all taxes, duties, tariffs, import, brokerage ancillary service fees and other charges when receiving the products. Note that estimated shipping times only pertain to shipping from the US to destination country and does not include the time the product is processed through customs and to the final destination which we cannot estimate. If the product is refused, we will refund the cost of the product but not any shipping or and other fees. Please allow up to five business days (business days are considered Monday - Friday) to process the returns in addition to the time it takes to receive the product back from the destination country.
RETURNS: We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unused, unworn swimwear, apparel, accessories in original condition with original packaging and all tags and labels attached and sanitary strips in place. We are not able to process returns for swimwear or product that have been worn or are returned in soiled condition. It is the customer's responsibility to return the package to us. We are not responsible for packages lost en route to us for a return. Shipping and foreign transaction and import fees (if purchased outside the US) will not be refunded. If you return product which was originally purchased with free shipping, a shipping fee incurred by Nalu from the initial order may be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow a few business days for refunds to be applied back to your original form of payment once received and processed. If purchased with an e-gift card, a new gift card or e-gift card will be issued. Gift cards or e-gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept washed or worn swimwear. You should never wash swimwear or tumble dry. Hand wash only. Sale and clearance items - all sales final.
DAMAGES: We try to check all our product before shipping them out, however, we are only human. If you find a defect in your product before washing or wearing, please email a photo of the damaged item along with our order number within 14 days of the receipt of the product and we will get back to you. We cannot be held responsible for damages which occur in the washing and / or drying machine.
